OUR MISSION
What began in 2017 as a church with less than 10 members has grown into a thriving, enthusiastic, God driven and centered congregation of believers. The Source Church, also known as "The City's Church", is recognized for its inner-city outreach program and unwavering commitment to global evangelism, and missions. Believing that God has birth us in this city at such a time as this to build and establish leaders who are whole in every area and aspect of their lives. We aim to "Get Them In and Train Them Up" and in some cases promote them out. Empowering the lives of people throughout this city, nation, and world for the Glory of God.

BELIEFS
The Holy Bible
We believe that the Bible is God’s Word. It is composed of all the books of the Old
and New Testaments. It is the only infallible and authoritative word of God. It is
without error and defect of any kind. It is the supreme standard by which all human
conduct, creeds, and opinions should be tried.
THE TRINITY
We believe there is one living and true God, eternally existing in three persons:
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He alone is worthy of all honor, worship, and praise.
He is the Creator, Redeemer, and Ruler of Heaven and Earth. He is expressly
glorious in holiness and love.
JESUS CHRIST
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that He was born of a
virgin and lived a sinless life. He performs miracles and atoned us through his
death, shed blood, and resurrection. We believe that he ascended to heaven and
lives to make intercession for us at the right hand of the Father. We believe in His
personal and visible return in power and glory.
MAN & SIN
We believe that man was created in the image of God and was intended to have
fellowship with God. However, since Adam, all men are sinners by nature and by
choice, and are under the just condemnation of the Holy and Righteous God and is
in need of salvation.
SALVATION
We believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, Who is
the only and all-sufficient Savior and the only Mediator between God and man;
and that the Gospel of salvation should be shared with every person in the world.
BAPTISM, COMMUNION, & THE CHURCH
We believe that water baptism and the Lord’s Supper are to be observed until the
time of Christ’s return. They are not a means of salvation. Baptism in water is by
immersion and a direct commandment of our Lord for believers only. Water
baptism is a symbol of the Christian’s identification with Christ in death, burial,
and resurrection.
We believe that the church is God’s primary instrument through which He is
fulfilling His redemptive purposes in the earth. To equip the saints for the work of
ministry, God has given apostolic, prophetic, evangelistic, pastoral, and teaching
gifts to the church. We also affirm the priesthood of all believers and the
importance of every Christian being joined with and actively involved in a local
community of the saints. God has called the church to preach the gospel to all
nations, and especially to remember the poor and to minister to their needs through
sacrificial giving and practical service.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
